We are investigating the issue and will update gradwellstatus.com when we have further information.
We have experienced a brief issue with one of our VoIP Centrex servers - lon-pbx-7.
This has now been corrected, however, due to an over-commitment of resources on the server, there may have been a brief period where audio was not set up correctly on the server, we apologise for any inconvenience. Due to our infrastucture changes recently, we are now able to expand the resources on this server without a shutdown, so we will be doing this today to ensure continued operation.
