lon-pbx-12 audio setup issue

We have been alerted to a problem customers on our VoIP Centrex Server lon-pbx-12 may have been experiencing. We have now restarted the server to restore service. Customers may have experiencied issues with audio setup on this server and we apologise for any inconveniece caused.
