v-mail-file-5 intermittent access problems
We are currently seeing an issue with v-mail-file-5 which may be preventing logins intermittently for customers with mailboxes on this server.
Our server team are currently investigating this and we will update you as soon as possible. Customers on other mail servers will not be affected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
This problem was resolved earlier today and we are investigating with VMWare whether there is a potential issue we need to be aware of.
