lon-ppc-3 nat issue
Our older NAT proxy lon-ppc-3.gradwell.net (nat.gradwell.net) is experiencing some load related issues this evening. We are aware of this problem and expect it to pass shortly, we are working on deploying a new NAT proxy system - natproxy.gradwell.net which is more scalable and will be moving customers across within the next few weeks. Customers are welcome to use this new server before they are moved if they wish.
Update: We are currently migrating customers using hostnames nat0, nat1 and nat3 to the natproxy load-balanced cluster. In order to reduce load on our legacy NAT server - lon-ppc-3.gradwell.net.
Partners using CNAMEs to point to these hostnames will also be moved.
