14:45 We have experienced an issue with our VoIP Centrex Server lon-pbx-14.
Our server team are investigating this issue and are working to restore the service as quickly as possible.
15:12 Our server team have now restored service for lon-pbx-14 and our engineers are continuing to investigate the cause of the problem.
