BT customers connectivity

We are currently aware of an issue affecting customers using BT provided connectivity to our network 79.135.96/19.  This will prevent customers using BT’s broadband product from reaching some VoIP services on our network.  We are investigating this issue with our transit providers.  We would encourage customers to contact BT directly to report the problem from their end in order that this can be resolved as soon as possible.  Further updates will be provided as soon as they are available.

Update: One of our transit providers have resolved this issue by working with BTNet to reset their network link and connectivity as been resolved, we would ask customers to try to reboot their phones and VoIP equipment if the problem persists.
