RESOLVED: NAT proxy issue (maintenance at 23:00)

We are currently investigating an issue with our outbound VoIP NAT proxy - natproxy.gradwell.net
which will prevent calls completing for customers who do not have public facing, routable IP addresses.

Our engineering team are currently investigating this and we will update gradwellstatus.com as soon as
further information is available.

Update 18:00: Our NAT proxy server has been brought back online by our engineering team, and the problem has been identified as a conflict with one of our failover servers.  Further maintenance will be necessary to resolve this issue, which will start from 23:00 today.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.  Please note that some phone models may need to be rebooted to bring them back online quickly.

Update 10:45: This maintenance was completed last night and our engineering team is continuing to look into the issue to improve the redundancy of the NAT proxy infrastructure.
