RESOLVED: mysqldb and VoIP updates
We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our customer databases, mysqldb, which hosts a small number of older database based on MySQL 4. This is likely to affect customer sites and we are working with on-site engineers in London to correct the problem as soon as possible.
We are also aware of an issue with VoIP updates, VoIP operations are working correctly, however, customer updates will not be take effect. This is under investigation and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Update: 17:30 This issue has now been resolved and was caused by a large number of extensions needing updating, caused by human error.
