<p>At midnight tonight we will be doing some system configuration changes on the servers in the NewSIP cluster.  This work will affect all calls and registrations for customers using the NewSIP service (newsip.gradwell.net) on their VoIP phones.</p>
<p>The work is intended to fix a problem with intermittent de-registrations caused by a clock synchronization issue.  The servers will require a reboot so there is likely to be some service disruption although we will attempt to minimize disruption through the clustered nature of the NewSIP service.</p>
<p><strong>Update (00:35): </strong>This maintenance ran past the scheduled window due to one of the servers taking longer than expected to reboot after the change was applied.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.</p>
