Our engineers will be carrying out an upgrade to the servers that provide authentication to our Connectivity platform during our maintenance window, 00:00 - 5:00, on 29/04/2017 and 30/04/2017.

Broadband and FTTC lines will be unable to authenticate for up to two hours during this window, however the service should be considered at risk for the duration of the maintenance.

We apologise for any inconvenience this essential maintenance may cause. This status post will be updated following completion of this work.
