Essential maintenance to our Plesk service will be carried out between 10:00 and 12:00 on 23/08/2017. This is being completed during key hours due to the nature of the work.
Customers may see mail disappear from webmail and IMAP mailboxes as a result of this work. Restoration of mail backups will be completed during the works to ensure no permanent loss of customer mail. Websites and customer databases should be considered at risk for the duration of the maintenance.
