Our engineers will be performing essential maintenance to our network during the early hours of 12/10/2016. This work will be completed between midnight and 0500.

Broadband circuits may see a brief drop in connection while the connection is re-established.
Fibre line connections may be down for up to two hours as essential maintenance is completed. This will not affect all circuits, however all fibre line services should be considered at risk for the entirety of the maintenance window.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are still experiencing loss of service at the end of the window please reboot local equipment before contacting our support team.
