As of Friday 20th August 2010 @ 18:09 (BST), we believe this issue to be resolved:
The affected server has now been rebooted.
If you are still experiencing the problem described, please contact our support team.
Overview
One of our SIP servers is experiencing problems.
Customer Impact
Customers who were using the affected server may have experienced dropped calls . New calls should not be affected.
Gradwell Action
A technician has been asked to reboot the affected server.
