Inbound Voicemail Number Outage

As of Wednesday 25th August 2010 @ 12:26 (BST), we believe this issue to be resolved:
Our engineers have applied a patch which has restored these numbers to functionality. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and will be monitoring them carefully to ensure they remain functional.

Overview
We have detected a fault with some incoming voicemail numbers.
Customer Impact
Customers trying to access their voicemail by dialling the telephone numbers 01225 800819, 01225 800899, and 0870 8616661 will not be able to connect the call and retrieve their voicemail. Customers who access their voicemail via the *1 code from their VoIP handset will not be affected.
Gradwell Action
Our engineers are investigating this outage and are working to restore these numbers to functionality. We will update this status post at 11:10am with further details.
