Full service has now been restored.

Overview
We are currently experiencing problems across all services, caused by a suspected network outage at Telehouse, Docklands.
Customer Impact
All services may experience degradation.

Our engineers are working to restore full service as soon as possible.

Core services have now resumed stability and our engineers are investigating the cause of the network outage.
