Our Engineers have identified the root cause and are currently recovering service. A further update will be posted by 10:00.

Our systems administrators have identified the root cause of the problem, affecting VoIP, Hosting and Email and are currently recovering service.

A further update will be posted at 10.30am.

Call forwarding and fax2email services our also affected across the VoIP platform. This status will be updated at 10:30am.

Services are continuing to be restored, a further update will posted at 11:00am.

We have recovered our DNS service and continue to implement further changes to restore service. Our engineers will be monitoring these changes.

We now believe normal service has been restored to the Hosting & Email platform. The root cause was identified by our engineers and corrective action successfully taken.

Our System Administrators are continuing to monitor service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
