Overview
We are seeing problems connecting calls on our VoIP platform.
Customer Impact
SIP:
Customers may experience an inability to dial out through their VoIP lines.
IAX:
IAX customers are not affected.
Customers may experience an inability to dial out through their VoIP lines.

IAX customers are not affected.
Gradwell Action
Our on-site engineers are investigating the cause for these problems and are working to restore full functionality.

Our on-site engineers are continuing to work to resolve this issue and return the VoIP platform to usual operation.
