As of Tuesday 26th June 2012 @ 17:20 (BST), we believe this issue to be resolved:
Our engineers identified a configuration issue with our VLAN provisioning provider which has now been resolved. Connectivity has been restored for all EFM and Fibre services following a brief outage. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
