We will be performing upgrades to the control panels used by our partners between 21:00 and 23:00 on 08/08/2019.
This maintenance is to the servers underpinning the portals. This will cause the partner management portal and partner customers portal to be unavailable for up to half an hour. Both the partner management portal and the customer portal should be considered at risk for the duration of the maintenance.
This maintenance will not effect Gradwell VoIP or connectivity services, only access to the portals.
