Update
Our suppliers are continuing to investigate the issues. Initial reports show that powering down the router for 5 minutes before repowering may resolve the issue.

We are aware of an issue with broadband connections in the South Wales & Bristol area. These are being investigated by our upstream suppliers and we will report their findings when available.

We anticipate an update by 11AM.
