Gradwell are required to undertake Emergency Planned Engineering Works (EPEW), where there may be some impact to the customer base on calls in progress between 22:00 – 23:00 (BST).
Gradwell are undertaking essential maintenance to servers in our Data centres, where failover of such servers and routes may affect some call set ups during this narrow engineering window, but the time of these works is selected so that we have mitigated it to be least impacting to our customers.
