Our engineers have successfully resolved the errors syncing DNS zone files. Any records added to the control panel since the errors first began will update without further interaction.

Work completed overnight has not resolved issues with DNS updates not syncing. Further work on the platform will be carried out today, and additional maintenance will be performed in the maintenance window tonight.

Work to resolve DNS resolution errors has identified the cause of the issue. To resolve this, emergency maintenance will be carried out tonight between the hours of 20:00 and 01:00.

Our engineers are currently performing emergency maintenance to resolve errors seen on Gradwell Cloud nameservers. This work will place website resolution at risk. Customers may see their websites go offline for several minutes.
