We are now ready to proceed with our quarterly upgrade of our GCX voice platform to the latest software release. This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with a secure, stable, and high-performing service.

The upgrade is scheduled to take place on 21st July 2025 at 8pm.

This maintenance includes a core software update and patching of the server infrastructure that supports your telephony services.

Please be aware that during the upgrade, your telephony services will experience a brief disruption. A single outage of no more than 15 minutes is expected, with potential intermittent availability for up to 20 minutes in total. Your server should be considered at risk for the duration of the maintenance window as updates are applied and the system stabilises.
