Hi,
We have been notified that there is carrier Emergency Planned Engineering Works (EPEW) being undertaken on our voice & data networks.
The risk is identified as low and should be non-system impacting, where new routes and IP configurations changes are being made.
We have been advised that these works could result in a temporary loss of DSL and some voice calls in operation for no longer than a 5 minute window during this engineering window, but is expected to be non-system affected.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Voice & Calls Services (Multi User VoIP, Outbound SIP Trunking, Outbound IAX Trunking, Inbound SIP trunking, Inbound IAX Trunking, Email2Fax, Fax2Email, Single User VoIP, Hosted 3CX Server) and Connectivity (Fibre line, EFM, ADSL Broadband, FTTC, Phone lines).
