Between 5am & 8am on 28/09/25, Gradwell engineers will be performing disaster recovery testing on our cloud infrastructure.
This test will see a simulation of loss of specific areas of our infrastructure, these tests will be performed when our platform is least active.
Which services will be affected? All VoIP services may encounter setup delays and control panels may be intermittently unavailable during the test. If you experience issues after 9am please contact the support team for assistance.
