All services, including Hosted VoIP, broadband, FTTC, ethernet, and Fibreline, will be considered at high risk for the duration of the maintenance window:

We are classifying this maintenance as high risk with a potential service disruption of up to 30 minutes within the allotted window, but call/circuit services may temporary drop and reconverge over new links well within the 30 minute period.
