Hi,
During the night of [01/11/2023] one of our suppliers will be undergoing planned maintenance.
Our suppliers NOC engineers will be performing a firmware upgrade to one of their core routers within their infrastructure, in-line with their security patching process.
During this upgrade, they expect to see a a brief outage due to re-convergence of network traffic, so impact to service is expected to be up to 15 minutes during this maintenance window.
Services to be considered ‘at risk’ throughout the entire window.
